A1:Yes, Foo Brothers Group Co., Ltd is a garment factory headquartered in Ningbo, China with RWS, GOTS, Oeko-Tex®standard 100,and BSCI certificates.Q2:Can the leadtime more shorter because I am urgent?
A2:Yes, pls contact us urgently to check all your details. We keep white yarns in our warehouse so they can be dyed as soon as possible.
Q3:What is your MOQ? Can I mix styles?
A3:Normally, we don't have MOQ! And it depends on your quality and other requirements, with different surcharges for different quantities. That's OK, you can mix them up.
Q4:What is your good price?
A4:It depends on yarn, sample weight, quantities, and package. When you are making an inquiry, pls let us know your order quantities.
Q5:What is the deliver time and payment?
A5:Delivery time 90-100 days.
The mass production time is around 15 to 35 working days after the confirmed PPS (pre-production sample). It depends on the quantity and style you order.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:Ⅰ30% deposit in advance, the balance before shipping, by air.Ⅱ30% deposit in advance, the balance against a copy of B/L, by sea.
Q6:Can we make our logo on the clothes?
A6:Yes. We can do a logo as per your requirement, as well as your design project. Usually, the logo can be done on the neck inside the garment, or any other place can meets your needs.
Q7:What is your packing?
A7:Each piece is put into a polybag and then packed into a master carton. We also provide biodegradable packaging or paper box packaging.
Q8:This is my first buying overseas,how to place order for clothes?
A8: Pls follow the steps below.
a: We need information like picture,composition ,weight,quanitity , then we will quote good price accordingly .We send you sample according to your requirements.
b: Confirm other details such as lead time, payment, and shipment.
c: You need to pay the deposit.
d: After the bulk fabric is finished, we will send the Pre-production sample for your Approval if needed.
e: You arrange the balance payment. We will arrange shipment and related documents.
f: When you get the goods, tell us your comments, then we can do better next time.
